I received good news from my daughter about Landon's speech progress. After several training teachings with him, and sometimes getting frustrated, he has progressed and can articulate more words. The speech therapist was there at her house yesterday and he has made progress. That was so good to hear, as I have been so worry about him. I ask whoever read my blog, to please pray for him that he will be able to speak. He is so smart and beautiful child. I love him more than anything else in this world. And Kate, his little sister continues to grow bigger every day and she gets annoyed by her brother sometimes. My daughter says that she is in love with her two children. I am too.
And of course, who else, my adorable little Landon
He loves to pose for me. I've taken more than 2000 pictures of him since he was born.
sorry, really cannot remember what else I was going to post, lol
And this is Andrew West, my other nephew, the writer and photographer. And he is only 14 years old! I am so proud of him
And this is my other little nephew, an accomplished singer at a very young age of 4. His name is Cashie, the son of one of my favorite nephews, Robert Shuffler. He is pretty good singer I'd say. First one of his pictures with his daddy
My niece's son, Andrew West, also the author of the short story book "The Tree House" took this picture tonight, in Orem, from his house, Utah. He is a wonderful photographer as well. Melissa Shuffler Rushton about an hour ago My son took this pic of the moon tonight! it looks awesome. :)

I don't have many pictures of little Kate. But I will post some of what I have. She is a sweet girl, and eats a lot! I would say that I see the world through the eyes of my grandchildren. When this happens, I could be the most happy person in the world. I suffer of clinical depression, and today was one of those days that I think I was at the bottom of the ocean. One big tsunami of depression came over me, but now I am better. I write about it on my blog. My son complains that there's nobody out there to talk about your emotions any more, and I agree, so bear with me when those days come. But I also have happy, very happy moments, where every thing seems to shine through crystal. Here is my other precious grand daughter, Kate
One of them is with great-grandma Burgess after her blessing and at her house in Eagle Mountain, Utah.

I don not know what is going on with all the changes to the way you post on your blog. It's a little more difficult. I liked the old lay out. Oh well, welcome to the age of change. My little granddaughter is really growing big. She is a little chunk. I love her too. Landon hasn't grown too much. He is adorable and my only love. We are all worry about his speech. He still cannot talk. The speech therapist is saying that he has some weak muscles on his mouth, also that there might be some problems in his tongue related to his speech. It breaks my heart, and I pray he will be able to speak before he gets to kindergarten. He is incredible smart, he understand every thing you tell him, and he manages to figure out every thing, there's no child proof stuff he does not know how to figure it out and undo it. He has a brilliant mind, but he cannot vocalize. I sometimes cry about it, and I love him even more.
Me and my two little ones.
